Please be aware we are using a new system to book Covid-19 vaccinations, this is called AccuBook. You may receive a text from us with a link to book your appointment.
On this note, we have received reports of fraudulent emails being sent to patients asking them to book in for a Covid-19 vaccination. Please be aware that you will never be asked for your bank details by the NHS. If you are ever in doubt, please contact the Practice.
The vaccinations will take place at either Long Eaton Health Centre (NG10 1RY) or Littlewick Medical Centre (DE7 5PR). Please remember to wear a face mask to your appointment, and please arrive on time, not early, so we can keep you safe and avoid queues or crowds.
You may be asked for your NHS number in the booking process, you can find your NHS number by following the link below;
Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
From 17 May 2021, people in England who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can demonstrate their vaccination status for international travel. A full course is currently two doses of any approved vaccine. Vaccine status will be available from:
You will need to register to use the online services, if you have not already. It may take more than a week for your identity to be checked and verified.
If you cannot access the online services, and you have had both doses of the vaccine, you can request a paper letter from the NHS by calling 119. Only call 119 if you are due to travel outside the UK in the near future and have had your second dose more than five working days ago. It may take up to seven working days for the letter to arrive.
This practice is not able to provide you with a letter that shows your COVID-19 vaccination status. Please do not contact the practice about your COVID-19 vaccination status unless you have been advised to by the 119 service.
When you’re planning your travel, you should check the latest information on demonstrating your COVID-19 status when travelling abroad on the gov.uk website. Make sure there is enough time to get proof of your COVID-19 vaccination status before you are due to travel.
Who can get the COVID-19 vaccine
The NHS is currently offering the COVID-19 vaccine to people most at risk from coronavirus. At this time, the vaccine is being offered by Erewash Primary Care Network to people in cohorts 1-12.
Please see the prioritisation list in the image below.
10. Anyone aged 40-49
11. Anyone aged 30-39
12. Anyone aged 18-29
The vaccine will be offered more widely, and at other locations, as soon as possible. When it is the right time people will receive an invitation to come forward either from your GP surgery or the national NHS.
Please do not contact the NHS to get an appointment until you get this invitation.

We are aware that many people have received letters from NHS England to book an appointment for their Covid-19 vaccine via the national NHS booking system. These appointments are taking place at either Derby Arena or at regional community pharmacies.
Please be aware that we are NOT directly involved with the national booking system, therefore unfortunately we cannot help with any queries relating to national bookings.
We are contacting all eligible patients by telephone or text message to offer an appointment at either Long Eaton Health Centre or Littlewick Medical Centre. If you would prefer to have your covid vaccine appointment at either of these locations please wait for us to contact you.
If you already have an appointment booked at either of our sites and have since received a letter from the NHS, your appointment will still go ahead at the site specified upon booking.
Please ensure you make a note of the site you are receiving your vaccination, as you will need to attend the same site for your second vaccination.
Please see the leaflets below for more information on the Covid-19 Vaccine.
