Non-urgent advice: Please Note

Every second Wednesday afternoon of the month we close for staff training, excluding August and December.

The access arrangements on the practices premises for providing services to disabled patients and, if none, the alternative arrangements for providing services to such patients:

The entrance to the surgery is accessible for both pushchairs, Wheelchairs, Scooters. All corridors/ doors are wheelchair accessible.

We have a disabled toilet on site.

Patients can be seen at the Hillside branch which has a much calmer atmosphere which helps for the individuals with sensory issues.

The surgery has a hearing loop for our deaf patients.

Non-urgent advice: We do not offer extended access

In an emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

In all other instances call 111 or go to the NHS website for help and advice

You can book appointments on Monday and Tuesday mornings with our Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant.

Mondays 7.00am – 8.00am with our Practice Nurse and 7.00am – 8.00am with our Health Care Assistant.

Tuesdays 7.00am – 8.00am with our Practice Nurse and 7.00am – 8.00am with our Health Care Assistant.

There are appointments with our Diabetic Nurse on Thursday evenings from 6.30pm – 8.00pm.
